Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Wandlix, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or a small screen. This page describes where we stand.
Status
The website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the technical basis of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the European standard EN 301 549.
We check this automatically before every release: every page is tested in light and dark mode on desktop and phone for colour contrast, labels, roles, language and structure, and every colour scheme that can be selected in the administration is tested for contrast. These tests currently find no violations. Automatic tests find only part of all problems, so we also check keyboard use and the reading order by hand. A full test with screen readers by external testers has not been carried out yet; until then we describe the site as largely, but not yet verifiably fully, accessible.
What we do
All functions work with the keyboard alone; a “skip to content” link is the first element on every page. Focus is always visible.
Form fields have visible labels, errors are announced to screen readers, and results of a tool run are announced as well. Text and controls keep a contrast of at least 4.5:1 in all colour schemes and in dark mode. The layout adapts to small screens and to enlarged text without horizontal scrolling.
The site is available in English and German; the language of each page is marked in the page code. No functions depend on time limits, flashing content or moving images.
Known limits
The reports of the e-invoice check contain technical messages from the checking software (for example rule numbers and XPath expressions). We explain the verdict in plain words next to them, but the technical details themselves are not simplified.
Files you upload are not under our control. We cannot make the content of your documents accessible; the tools do not change the accessibility of a PDF, with the exception that “Compress PDF” and similar tools keep the document structure where the file allows it.
Feedback and contact
If you meet a barrier, please tell us using the contact address in the legal notice. Describe the page and, if possible, the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to answer within two weeks and to give you the information in another form if you need it.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the market surveillance authority responsible for accessibility of products and services in Germany (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF, Magdeburg).
Date
This statement was prepared on 16 October 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially.
