XRechnung to PDF: make an e-invoice readable
An XRechnung arrives as an XML file, and nobody wants to read raw XML. To approve, print or forward the invoice you need a normal document. This tool does the XRechnung to PDF step in seconds: it reads the invoice and lays out sender, recipient, line items, tax rates, totals and bank details on a clean page. Anyone who receives invoices by e-mail will find XRechnung to PDF useful.
You can use XRechnung to PDF for both syntaxes, UBL and CII, and for credit notes. ZUGFeRD and Factur-X files, which are PDFs with the invoice data inside, work too, because the tool reads the embedded XML. Nothing is recalculated: every amount is shown exactly as it is stated in the file, so the PDF cannot disagree with the data. So XRechnung to PDF is also the right tool when a colleague asks for a copy to read.
The language of the PDF follows the countries on the invoice, or you choose German or English yourself. Up to ten files can be handled per run, and several results come as a ZIP archive. The page only reads the invoice and does not check it; for that, use our e-invoice check. Everything runs on our own servers in Germany, is held in memory only and deleted after the download, at the latest after an hour. That makes XRechnung to PDF a quick job for the back office. If you only need the raw data, the XML extraction tool is the better choice.
