Create a ZIP file from several files

When you want to send or store many files at once, it is easier to create a ZIP file. This tool packs up to 50 files of any type into one archive that you can download as a single file. It is an easy way to create a ZIP file for an email, a customer portal or a backup, without special software.

To create a ZIP file, add your files and start the tool. File names are cleaned of folder paths and duplicates are numbered, for example report (2).pdf, so nothing is overwritten. Files that are already compressed, such as JPG, PNG or PDF, are stored as they are, while text and similar files are packed to save space.

The archive is not password-protected. If a single PDF needs a password, use our protect tool first. Your files are processed on servers in Germany, held in memory only and deleted after the download, at the latest after an hour. You can create a ZIP file without an account, within the free daily limit. The total size of all files may be up to 50 MB per run.
