Simple prices: credits once or a monthly plan
Many online tools make you choose a plan before you have converted a single file. Wandlix works the other way round: every day a few uses are free, with a free account there are free credits every month, and only when you need more do you pay. The prices are final prices including VAT, and the cost of every tool is listed openly.
Credits are a balance that you use up as you go. A simple tool such as merging PDFs costs a small fraction of a credit, a heavy job such as text recognition or an Office conversion costs more, and a failed job costs nothing. You can buy any amount of credits once, with the slider, and they do not expire. Or you take a monthly plan: you receive your credits every month at a lower price, and they reset with the next payment. The same credits work for the website, for the API and for AI assistants.
A monthly plan can be cancelled any time and then ends with the paid period. If you only need a tool now and then, the free daily quota will often be enough. If you work with files every day, the monthly plan is the cheapest way. Questions about invoices, VAT or the right of withdrawal are answered below and in the terms.
Questions about prices
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can buy credits once, they never expire and nothing renews. If you use the tools every month, the optional monthly plan gives you the credits at a lower price. It renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in your account.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits do not expire. Free monthly credits renew every month and cannot be saved up.
Are the prices final?
Yes. The prices shown are final prices in euros including statutory VAT.
Can I get my money back?
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, which ends once you agree to the immediate start and the credits are credited. Details are in the terms. Failed runs are credited back automatically.
Do I pay the same for the API?
Yes. Website, API and AI assistants (MCP) use the same credits at the same costs. Test keys for trying out the connection are free.
Do I need an account?
To use the free daily quota, no. To buy credits, to get the free monthly credits and to receive invoices, yes. Signing in works with a code by e-mail, without a password.
What happens to unused credits of a monthly plan?
Credits of a monthly plan are valid for the paid month and reset with the next payment. They are used before your purchased credits, so purchased credits stay untouched as long as the plan covers your needs.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
In your account under Credits: choose “Cancel plan”. It ends at the end of the paid period and you can use your credits until then. Until that day you can also keep the plan again.
